Singapore Olympic Foundation - Peter Lim Scholarship
|The Singapore Olympic Foundation (SOF) set up the SOF-Peter Lim Scholarship with a S$10-million donation from philanthropist and sports enthusiast, Mr Peter Lim. The gift remains the single largest donation in Singapore from an individual towards sports development.
The driving force behind the Scholarship is the desire to ensure that no promising young athlete, committed to chasing his sporting dreams, should be hampered by financial considerations.
The Scholarship aims to: Help young deserving sports talents from humble backgrounds to achieve their sporting goals; and Support under-18, high-performing athletes to pursue sporting excellence in their chosen fields

U-13 East Zone Tournament
|The Damai Dingos (Rugby CCA) Under-13 team has taken part in this year's 2016 East Zone Rugby Tournament. The Dingos have shown discipline and determination as they competed with 4 other schools and persevered through unfavourable weather conditions. Finally, after a grueling Finals match with a strong and worthy opponent, Chongzheng Primary, Dingos emerged as the Zonal Champion once again. GO DINGOS!|

|A group of 28 skippers took part in 7 events in East Zone Rope Skipping Championship on 24 March 2016 at Meridian Primary School.

Malay Dance - SYF Arts Presenation - Distinction
The dance is entitled Tingkah Harmoni. It is a dance that shows the students dancing to the same beat harmoniously. During the preparation of this dance, the students have learnt the importance of their school’s SPARK values. They learnt that self-discipline is important in achieving synchronised movements and also the value of perseverance when the going gets tough. The students also learnt to show respect and kindness to their fellow dancers. It was indeed a very enriching experience for them during the preparation of this dance.
